PS-2 Three Bay Covered Hoppers
Like its smaller brother, these were built by the Pullman-Standard starting
in 1953. They featured all welded construction and a unique, round weather tight
roof hatch. These were the first mass-produced grain cars used to haul low density
bulk materials like soap flakes, flour, plastic pellets, fertilizer and grain.
